By accessing or using BotFilterX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotFilterX is a web application and Chrome extension that analyzes your X (Twitter) followers and following lists to identify potential bot accounts. The Service provides a dashboard to view, filter, and manage results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Account Registration

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Free and Pro Plans

• The Free plan provides access to bot detection and dashboard filtering at no cost.
• The Pro plan unlocks additional features including CSV export and priority support, available via a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed through Paddle and are subject to their payment terms.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent any rate limits or security measures

7. X (Twitter) Platform Compliance

The BotFilterX Chrome extension reads only publicly visible data from X.com pages you visit while logged in. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this Service complies with X's Terms of Service. BotFilterX is not affiliated with or endorsed by X Corp.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bot detection results are algorithmic estimates and may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotFilterX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised.
